The Speaker waived the House Special Committee on Fisheries referral           
on the following at the request of Representative Austerman, Chair:            
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 41                                                            
"An Act relating to reports by fishing vessels that are not                   
registered under the laws of the state."                                       
                                                                               
SB 41 was referred to the Judiciary Committee.
